If you have an orthodontic emergency when the practice is closed, please phone 01329 284419 and follow the advice given on the answerphone message.
ParkingWe have a number of disabled parking bays at the practice for use by those patients who hold a blue badge.
No other parking is available on the practice premises. There is a large pay and display car park at the side of our building which many of our patients find convenient.
Lysses long stay car park (pay and display) can be found on Lysses Path, Fareham. Use PO16 7BE for sat-nav purposes.
We have onsite disabled parking. For all other patients, you can park in the Lysses Long Stay car park, which has over 200 spaces and a height restriction bar. This car park is situated behind the practice and has direct access to the surgery. The What 3 Words reference is 'hats.functions.above'.
Alternative parking is available at Bath Lane, 11 Bath Lane, Fareham, PO16 0BW. This is a seven-minute walk and has no height restrictions. What 3 Words is graduated.desks.indicates. The charges are 70p per hour at both car parks. You can pay by app 'Pay By Phone', cash (no change given) or card.
Cancellations and missed appointmentsIf you are unable to keep your booked appointment, please call us on 01329 284419 at least 40 hours in advance. This allows us to fill the timeslot with another patient as well as reschedule your appointment for a more appropriate time.
Please note that a charge is payable for missed appointments where at least 48 hours’ notice has not been given.
LatenessIf you know you are going to be late to your appointment, we kindly ask that you let us know by phone, and advise us of your estimated time of arrival. By telling us in advance, it gives us a better chance of accommodating you, avoids other patients being kept waiting and ensures the smooth running of our practice.
